Not you’re old Branding Iron! So I used to live down here about 20 years ago and back then, the Branding Iron was in the mall. It didn’t look like much but the burgers have always need delicious!

Pretty basic burger, nothing fancy. Taste good. You can get a craft burger for around $12-$15 down the road. I paid $11 with drink for a (obviously) frozen patty and (obviously) frozen bag fries. Branding iron has been around for a long time in Harlingen and it hasn’t changed, but with all the options now a days they need to step it up a few notches.

Very good burgers! Thick patty, extra tasty. You can get all the salad for your burger you want at the condiment bar. Try their sausage hotdog on a toasted bun. Delish!!! Their breaded chicken sandwich is juicy, tasty and a l’il bit crunchy. So good! Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious too. Pretty much everything there is good. Get their Sidewinder fries, (like potato wedges). You can add chili con carne to them. Unbelievable! Try the Saturday Special: triple meat mushroom ‘n cheese burger combo complete with fries & drink for $8.99 if not mistaken. Hands down the best burger deal around.

Ordered my order to go 2 burger combos with cheese subbing one fry for onion rings and a 6pc lemon pepper wing combo… Burgers were decent size but bread was soggy…fries were fair but onion rings were terrible wings were small in size and cold I would say my dine in experience before was way better than today …spent almost $50 bucks total and it will be the last

I love how they decorated. I’m happy for them finding a new place! Who really goes to the mall other than for when the branding iron was there? Haha. I did feel rushed by the cashier lady. She asked me a question and as I was deliberating, she asked me again in more upset tone. I’m kind of sad about it. Also make sure when you’re getting ketchup, mayo, any lettuce/tomatoes that people don’t reach over you D:< some lady reached over my plate. But I don't blame the place for that lol.

They get 5 stars for service!! Ordered delivery with Door Dash because you know, the PANDEMIC, and was impressed how well packaged everything was. They put condiments in separate bag in case for spills/leaks, food was well organized in containers. Order was accurate
