Unless you’re willing to wait 40 minutes to be seated and another 40 minutes to get an appetizer, I suggest you go elsewhere. No telling how long a wait for dinner as I walked out. Management claims to be short staffed but they don’t take reservations. Italian restaurants are a ‘dime-a-dozen.’ This one needs better management.

I had two terrible experiences here at this restaurant. My first experience my boyfriend, infant daughter and I waited 30-45 mins for a table. We finally got a table and an hour goes by and never seen a waitress. Luckily our daughter was asleep by this time so we had time to spare. We saw everyone around up being served so I wanted to hold off on leaving. More time went by and we decided to leave without even getting drinks.

I had cheese ravioli and meatballs and my husband and a friend had spaghetti and meatballs. Both meals were very good. Another friend had ziti in white sauce and chicken..also an excellent meal. Service was good. The pictures below were taken in the first room. There are two more areas of seating as you walk farther into the restaurant.

We went to Terrazzos tonight for my sons 24th birthday. It was 5 of us and we waited for a bit sitting at one of the tables at the entrance where the bar was. After 30 minutes waiting, We were asked two different times if we wanted to eat at that table in the bar and they would give us Our own waitress. We declined both times, because we wanted to eat in the dining room. We ended up sitting on the couches at the entrance area. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, my husband told one of the girls at the hostess stand that whatever was open, including the tables in the bar area, we were willing to sit. They sat us quickly in the bar area since it was open, and then our entire service was perfect. We had a very attentive and caring server. She asked about refills, she was sweet and friendly, she didn’t act like we were a bother to her at all. This could have been a bad experience for us as customers and honestly could have been bad as one of the restaurant staff. But it wasn’t , we came in there with good spirits and we had someone serving us who was also in good spirits. Thank you Carly, (Carlee, Karly, Karlee) ? ❤️❤️ You made our night and thank you for being so sweet to my son on his birthday. Every time we come to Terrazzos, I will ask for only you.

I am not impressed! This evening, my wife and I waited for a table in a reasonable amount of time and were seated. A couple sat behind us a few minutes later. They were asked what they wanted for drinks and we still hadn’t spoken to waitstaff. 20 minutes went by and no one spoke to us. Another older couple was seated across from us and within 5 minutes had received a drink order. A total of 30 minutes went by before we decided that our presence wasn’t important enough for anyone to recognize us so we left. I don’t like making a scene but I will never go there again and will certainly speak of it to others.

Ordered the flounder and pasta it came out looking like moms spaghetti. The flounder did not taste like flounder at all. The noodles tasted microwaved. They were Al dente and cold! I actually ended up throwing up the entire meal hours later. No go!
