Great place to get a fast Japanese meal. Food was really good for the price. Will definitely be back soon.

Come on the price went up the but the amount got less over time. I remember the first day they opened the chicken was more than I can finish now it’s like the rice is more than I can finish ‍♀️

The food is good. But when it comes to sushi, you get what you paid for. The sushi is not the real deal. Let me repeat, the sushi is not the real deal. And what I mean is that, the rice is not for sushi, the rice is not prepared like how a real Japanese restaurant prepares sushi rice, you can absolutely tell the difference, and tell the difference between good quality seafood and the cheap stuff. It’s not pleasing to me. I’ve been eating Japanese sushi for many years, some from Rochester ny, Buffalo, ny, and some from Portland Maine and ofcourse from right here in the big Apple, so when I tell you my experience from eating the sushi rolls here at this spot , I’m telling you from experience. You want the real deal, look for Japanese owned restaurants that depends on their reputation and you’ll see the difference, trust me. If you go to Cape Cod try the sushi at Inaho Japanese Restaurant, Portland Maine, try Miyake or Sapporo,

One of my favorite places but unfortunately they don’t automatically put teriyaki sauce on your order anymore unless you tell them to at the end. It’s not an extra charge or anything, just kind of annoying. It’s like having to ask for tomato sauce on your slice at a pizzeria.

Loved the food here and lemonade was great. Restaurant was small but had enough space to seat a good amount of customers. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food and is well worth it to stop by. Considering most of the other options in the area are fast food joints, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for something different.

The food was okay, not the best bento I’ve eaten. Some places come with shumai and a California roll instead of the gyoza and spring rolls, which I prefer. The thing that worries me though, is the huge gaping whole in the bottom of the bento box. I was sharing the food with my toddler and upon picking up the second spring roll, I noticed a weirdly shaped hole underneath it. I don’t know if it was a rat that chewed through it or whatnot, so I called the store and spoke with the lady in Chinese asking about the issue. She didn’t bother to check and told me that possibly the food was too hot and it burned a hole through the plastic (seriously!?). Upon further inquiry, she said it’s also possible that the plastic bento box had a defect during manufacturing and they received it like that (again, seriously!?). She explained that they do not poke holes in the container, and that she guarantees the food is freshly cooked. I mean, I can understand if there’s a defect, but why would you serve it to a customer and use the food to hide it? I’m really worried the container was infected or contaminated, and since my kid is already not feeling well, what did we just ingest into our system? Is anyone going to take responsibility? I was so mad after the phone call I had to post a review to warn others. For anyone deciding to order from here, please check your food and containers before you leave the place. I had a bad experience and I’m not happy about it. Despite the food being okay, the container incident has really gotten me worried and the rest of the food went into the trash. Be wary if you’re ordering from here!
