Our visit here tonight was great, the service was fast and efficient, food was delicious the Teriyaki Chicken was cooked perfectly and fried rice excellent! The location is easily accessible and dining room has plenty of space for more than 4 people Overall just a great visit here i can’t wait to try some more of the options of the menu!!

Delicious food and good size portions. Kudos to the chefs. I LOVE the Go Mad spicy sauce! The atmosphere & service was amazing. Annabel was so welcoming, friendly & efficient. She was awesome! This is our family’s new favorite spot in West Sac.

I love their food. I love their staff. I love their music choices. There has never been a time where I have come here and left without a smile on my face and excellent food in my hand. I think Teriyaki Madness’s food is amazing, but their staff makes it a weekly destination for me. Great job, y’all! ROD WAVE RULES!

My husband ordered 2 bowls today. He waited for his order for about 30-35 minutes and they only gave him 1 bowl, they lost the second bowl. And my husband spent extra time waiting for another bowl. It’s very disorganized! As a result, we didn’t like the food – the chicken was burnt, the rice was clump together, and the salad was hot.

Giving 5 stars because the spicy beef bowl is amazing! However, I had one issue with my order tonight. I’m allergic to shellfish and my daughter specifically asked if it was imitation crab or real crab in the rangoon’s. They said it was imitation crab. But after eating the first one which had barely any cream cheese and no meat, the second one tastes a lot like real crab! Hoping and praying it wasn’t real crab and I don’t have a reaction. Other than this incident tonight, I absolutely love this place. The food is very good! I’m just sad that the one in Fairfield closed.

Last night I decided to try the orange chicken bowl. It was horrible. The orange chicken tasted burnt had no sweetness to it . It’s color was very dark . I hated everything about it. It’s 3:24 am right now and I’m still trying to choke it down because I’m hungry. Also my husbands order was wrong. He ordered large mad spicy chick chicken and got beef instead. I won’t spend my here ever again.

Waited over 30mins for my take out order that I placed at the cashier. I walked up to ask about my order status since everyone that ordered before me already got their orders. I found out that my order was lost and they had to make it again. While waiting, I also noticed a handful of people who had their orders wrong or missing. Terrible service but I’ll give this place another try in a few months.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews. Please cut slack for the extreme difficulty in owning a restaurant, especially through COVID – and try to hire and retain minimum wage workers in the Bay Area before you give this place a bad rep. They closed a few locations in the Bay Area already. Times are tough! Anyway, I personally had an incredible experience. The cashier was super helpful in helping me order, and was genuinely concerned that I enjoy it. They did take a minute to prepare it but it must come absolutely hot and fresh, so if you’re looking for a packaged bowl in the microwave for 15 seconds you might need to go somewhere else. The rice and spicy chicken were to die for, and the vegetables were perfectly hot but not over cooked to where the nutrients are depleted. Best teriyaki of all time! Come to DFW!!

Not as good as i was hoping. The noodles were sweet and the fride rice was not all that. I love teriyaki but the flavors just werent all that for the foods here for me me. The girl who took our order was nice but then all the employees which was like 3 girls got into a huge very loud argument and after that, none of us got our food. We were waiting for forever. I had to go and ask and she had to figure out what was mine. We wont be eating there again.

Consistently the slowest restaurant I’ve ever experienced. One day I waited 45 minutes for a side order of edamame. Every visit, they come out at least twice to ask what I ordered. The staff is constantly just chilling and chatting instead of firing orders. I had high hopes because the food is decent for casual/fast dining. But I think today is my last visit. I ordered on the app and waited until the app told me it was ready for pick up. I got there and they hadn’t even started it. I thought it would be a convenient treat because I live a block away and could save on delivery fees and get a nice little walk out of it. But the wait, and total aloofness of the staff make it bot worth it. I got home tonight and discovered they gave me spicy tofu (instead of the regular tofu I ordered) which I can’t eat for medical reasons. It is absolutely not worth the walk back down and wait for them to retire. What a waste of money and time.
