I’ve been to this location a couple times before never had a problem. Yesterday when I went I ordered Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice and Vegetables on the side. When I received my meal, the vegetables were in the bowl. Due to allergies, this won’t work. I went up to the register and kindly expressed the the young man that I need the vegetables on the side and not in the bowl. He looked at me with a blank face and told me that he did put that the vegetables should be on the side. I kindly showed him that they were not and rather in the bowl. I asked for it to be re-made due to an allergy. He told me twice that I should just pick the vegetables off out and eat it anyway. I asked for it to be re-made and was told no. I then asked for a refund and to just be done with it and he didn’t want to. Luckily the nice girl running the other register stepped in to quickly process the refund. This man was incredibly inconsiderate and unkind. I’ve never experienced a restaurant that simply refunded to fix and error even after they admit that they did hear the request.

I been living in this area for about 10 years and been going here and supporting this business since they’ve opened.. I don’t know if it’s new employees that are screwing things up but I’ve ordered here twice and they screwed my order up and did not fix it or refund my money. So won’t be going here anymore I would suggest anyone to just go to another location. If you enjoy this type of food .

It was an amazing experience. The service was excellent and very attentive. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered her suggestions when asked. The atmosphere was energetic and yet not so loud that you couldn’t easily converse at your table.
