I used to go here daily when they first open with Rodney & Eric was owners. Back then it was awesome! But lately, I went here a couple of years ago & a few other ones & it looks like employees are at fault. They’re not even slicing down the meat properly using a meat cutter like they use too. So now the meat is just so hard & thick & it’s very unchewable. So, hopefully they get better because I really used to like the food here.

Solid food that is prepared quickly and tastes fresh and good. Although it is all stir-fried, I suppose you can say to this healthier than anything fried. However, it is quite pricey for what it really is and so there may be cheaper alternatives for more food. Friendly staff, and quick-service, but not such a great value.

Was trying to order on the phone but had to order online. I initially called the Maryland location. Guy who answers doesn’t speak much English but that wasn’t even the problem I had. He doesn’t know the menu. I asked a question and I even attempted to ask him again slowly in dummy sense and he still didn’t understand how to answer it. My order was supposed to be done in 13 minutes and it’s been 25 minutes and I am still waiting.Wasn’t busy either. Had I known it would of took longer I would of stayed home a bit longer. I really need to stop trying things outside because they just get worse every single time. I haven’t ate the food yet but I hope it’s not as bad as the service. The lady wasn’t to sharp either. It’s so sad you can’t place a order and the person/s they hire have no knowledge of the menu.Update later if anything changes…

Been coming to this location for 19 yrs. This is the first location in Vegas. I remember when the owners actually cooked the food and also brought it out to you. The menu was different. Plates would come with a fresh salad and Mac salad. Everything was awesome. It has slowly been declining since it franchised. Today has been the very worst and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I ordered for pick up.The chicken Katsu was horrible. It was so burnt and dry. The teriyaki chicken bowl also horrible. It used to be where the chicken was flavorful that you didn’t need the sauce. Today, it was flavorless.

This place had various a la carte Asian food and a selection of dinner bowls. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl which was quite tasty. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. A good place to grab a bite to eat when you don’t feel like cooking!
