The food was fresh and delicious!! Update as of 08/05/23 I am not sure what happened but this place has went downhill over the years. They play games acting like they don’t know what you are being served or the portion sizes or they just don’t care. Had a recent issue with the amount of food based on the price so I called to speak with a manager and was told no one in charge was there but they would talk to the cooks about the quantity. Which according to the young guy who answered the phone said the quantity is 4 oz of meat(each). Well a handful of pieces of spicy orange chicken is not 4oz. I was offered 50% off my next order which was only good for like 2 days. Will not be ordering from this location again. Do not recommend this location.

Do not go here. Cannot get an order right if they tried. Messed up my order on multiple occasions. I would recommend an entirely different location without the rude teenagers and bad attitudes who cant even give a refund right. Isabela (hope i got her name right) was the only good thing about our visit. She was very nice and professional and tried her best to make up for the incompetence of her coworkers.

I love teriyaki madness, especially their brown rice. This is one of the must go-to place especially if you love teriyaki! Their staff was very friendly and attentive. The place is also very clean! We also had a very fast service. Other than that, the food was amazing and delicious! I ordered Chicken Katsu while my husband ordered Teriyaki Chicken. The food was very fresh.

We usually love their food but for some reason our chicken was served totally burned today. I can’t tell you how many times cooks have served burned to a crisp over cooked foods in many restaurants we’ve been to. They don’t want to waste food but I don’t want to waste my money. Burned meats are a carcinogen and most people can’t digest them well. Fortunately, the Tofu, veggies and noodles were cooked just right. They did replace our chicken when brought to their attention and the cashier was very nice. This is the third visit I’ve tried to get Sierra Mist from tap and they’ve been out of syrup. They said they changed it but it was still out. Many restaurants don’t sell it anymore. It’s made with cane sugar and probably more expensive. I’d still go back but ask them to not burn the meat.

Arrogant kids working here expect tips for bagging you’re food. Then after no tip the little guy goes in the back and starts touching the food when typically the cook prepares the food and cashier takes order . I’m going to report them for not following safe handling food procedure.
