I wouldn’t even leave one star if I didn’t have to. We came in on our lunch break as we have multiple times before. Yes, it is always busy during lunch however, the food still comes out in a timely manner. This time it was the complete opposite we sat there waiting for our food for over 20 minutes. Asked how much longer before our food comes out and got a very rude sharpe response. Food never came out. Cancelled the order will not be back.

My wife and I have ordered from TM since 2008 in SOCAL and Vegas. The last 2 orders of Medium Teriyaki Bowl in Firestone without veggies has been less than half filled compared to my wife’s Medium Teriyaki Bowl with veggies. I took out her veggies and weighed the 2. Without veggies was 12 oz over no veggies. What a jip.

The rice was perfect, the chicken was well cooked and flavorful, and the broccoli was steamed just right. I thought there was a good amount of sauce to food ratio in that I was able to get some in almost every bite but I also got quite a bit of plain white rice too.
