The young man that took our order was fantastic (Javier). The food was very tasty and could’ve been hot, though. We came in at 11:30 am. I expected Hot food. It would have been better if the manager Would take note of the cleanliness. Seeing as though the place just was opening. They should have cleaned the tables and swept up the flies and sanitized before the lunch rush.

This place looks very chainy, which automatically makes me skeptical about the food. I was blown away when I tasted the food! This is like a better Panda Express. No it’s not super authentic Asian food but it is delicious!! Everything I have got here is phenomenal. The teriyaki sauce is unmatched. The chicken is great quality and is fresh. you get to pick which veggies you want, so they are also fresh not a pre mixed bag of veggies! Noodles are to die for. I can’t wait to try the orange chicken. Absolutely worth giving a shot despite the chain vibe !

This place was really good. Their portions are a good size for the amount you pay. You can always add a egg roll & drink to your order for $2.99. Their egg rolls are different than your traditional egg roll but good. The place is small so not much seating also.

Chicken breast teriyaki bowl was yummy. Spicy tofu was good and spicy. Steak teriyaki bowl was good. The vegetables were a little under done for my liking. All could of used more sauce, the rice was dry. The crab rangoon was cream cheese but no crab. The place is small but plenty of seating.

While the food here tasted pretty good. The two staff members at the front of the store were quite rude with most of the customers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the worst part of the visit my coworkers and I are allotted 30 minutes for lunch and while there were only 6 people ahead of us it took roughly 55 minutes to get their order when they were the first of us three to order. When we asked about the order instead of checking on its progress we were told “it’s being worked on” or “we prioritize online orders over dine in” and even better they told my coworker “the reason we got our food first was because we ordered online” which they just made up. When I finished eating I stood up at the front to try and speak with one of them. while is was waiting I noticed a single dish being constantly ignored and not being bagged up which ended up being his order. We understand that each meal is made after it’s ordered but there seemed to be no organization when it came to the meal window where the cooked food was passed from the kitchen to the serving area and then was to be bagged. These are not issues a store that has been there for a year should have. I would only advise people to order online if they wanted to have this food.

The last time I ate here the food was excellent. Today, unfortunately, is another story. I ordered the steak teriyaki bowl with fried rice and an egg roll. The meat was greasy and gristly. The rice was mega greasy. The egg roll was overcooked and hard as a rock. I wish I had checked the food before I left. This was by far the worst meal I have ever gotten from this restaurant. They obviously were having an off day. I’ll be checking my food before I leave from now on. It was so unacceptable .

I’ve been to this place a couple times. Today when I went two of my bowls did not have vegetables in them and my orange chicken only had 10 pieces of chicken and IT WSS A LARGE !! So disappointed!

We love the food and have been coming here about 4x or more a month for well over a year. The front staff since I’ve been coming here leaves much to be desired ! The front staff is always rude, lazy and always makes you feel rushed to get you out of the restaurant if you come in after 8 pm . Also the staff is usually busy trying to fiddle around with headphones in the ears every time you ask a question .
