Food was great. The only disappointment was the burnt chicken. Steak, rice, noodles and veggies were fantastic. Definitely two could share a meal. Jr meal will fill most people up. Teriyaki sauce is delicious!! Will definitely go again and check the chicken before leaving.

Stop by today the girl working the counter was very helpful and helped me order! I didn’t want real sweet so she put my sauce on the side!! Food came out fast, the vegetables were great they still had a crunch(my favorite) the steak was tender and had a great flavor& rice cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the floor was sticky on my feet(yes i had shoes on). That can be fixed but I enjoyed for the first time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rode my motorcycle on lunch to try this place for the first time and get carry out. Specifically ordered a combo with a bottle of pop as displayed in the glass fridge behind the counter.

Ordered on line today. They really dropped the ball. Order had my name on the order, butnotclose to what I ordered. Ordered chicken breast teriyaki on brown rice with veggies and received breaded chicken on noodles. A call to the business didn’t even get me an apology. She tried to tell me she hadn’t taken an order for that until I told her I had a confirmation number. Off the list for places to eat

We placed our order online and it took almost an 50 after pick up time to be ready. The meat was flavored perfectly. The noodles lacked flavor. I’m not a fan of the type of vegetable they offered but thats not their fault. Had we not checked our sealed bag we would have been missing the mashmellow treat.

I took my gf here for lunch after telling her how good it is. I go to a different location often so I know what good food from here tastes like. At this location we ordered chicken teriyaki bowls with white rice, a few bites in we found hard rice in our bowls and my chicken was dried out. I never complain about food but I spent $33 I expect good food. I told the lady (sat 8/12/23 at 4pmish) my rice was hard and chicken was dried out I wanted new bowls. She called her boss gave me the run around excuse of we can’t give out free bowls. I will never go back here she was very rude she called her boss a second time and said I can give you new rice but not chicken. My chicken was bad too not just the rice. She told me bc of how much I ate I couldn’t get a replacement bowl. I took 5 bites almost puked twice. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR BAD FOOD. mistakes happen in the kitchen but not making it right with the customer over a greedy issue is not how you stay in business. Veryyyyy bad customer service. I RECOMMEND EATING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

Staff were polite and recommended Orange Chicken with noodles, which we ordered. Also ordered chicken potstickers and chicken egg rolls. Staff mentioned many people order the salmon. The Sobe vitamin water drink is a nice option for drinks.
