Worst first experience ever. The same manager that was rude when taking my order because they didn’t have the patience for a new customer asking one basic question is the same manager that I watched wear the same pair of gloves to take my order, play on their phone, help in the kitchen, and drink from an open plastic cup. The germs are EVERYWHERE

I met a former colleague here for lunch. Even though the parking lot was completely full, there were only two other people in this restaurant at lunchtime. I was able to sample this restaurant’s food at the Taste of Hoover 2022, which made me want to try it in person. I ordered the regular Spicy Chicken bowl as a combo (Eggroll & drink) which added another $3.29 to the bill. The noodles were an upcharge of one dollar, but it was better with the noodles. I imagine the rice is good as well.

Came here while here for a basketball tournament and bought a regular size for daughter and the large 2 meat for me. When we got to The room we were highly disappointed. They spread the rice really thin to where it was nothing. We measured my rice to my daughters regular size quantity and hers ended up being more..?.. makes no sense! And the spicy chicken was so dry I had to spit bites out the in order to not choke. I spent $27, $28 with the yum yum sauce and honestly it wasn’t worth it at all! Save yourself and go to a ma and pop teriyaki spot. They will at least give you the portion you paid for. This was crazy. You will thank me later! Super disappointed.

I asked for something spicier than mad spicy and I’m currently sitting in the restaurant on the brink of death.

I took my family to 4741 Chace Circle in Hoover, Alabama. I had bragged about how good the food was prior to us going. Big mistake. First off, it is approx. 3pm. I order a steak terriyaki bowl. The first thing said, “I don’t know if we have enough steak”. Mind you there are four of us. So the other three had to choose another protein. They chose salmon and chicken. My husband’s rice and vegetables were cold. My daughter’s cabbage was raw,

First time having this place and overall it was pretty good! I’ve gotta say the edamame was mid, but the steak yakisoba teriyaki bowl was fantastic. (i got extra house made sauce on the side and it was perfect) Also, i’m really sad i didn’t get one of those red fork chop things in my togo bag 🙁 maybe next time.

Moved to the Birmingham area 3 years ago from the Pacific Northwest where Teriyaki was a weekly go to for our family. Until we found Teriyaki Madness, we were doing without (unless we made it at home). We now have a “Teriyaki Joint”.

Ordered Teriyaki Madness tonight to go. This was my first visit so I kept an open mind that I was getting take out and it might not be as good as dine in. I was pleasantly surprised!

Great teriyaki bowl here! Veggies were nice and crunchy, and the spicy chicken that I ordered wasn’t over the top (I like it over the top) for most people. Will be telling the office about this gem. Met the owner. Great guy!
