This use to be my favorite restaurant when it was downsouth. I was to happy to know a new one was opened up my way in Oakland BUT the disappointment is real! I brought 4 bowls which 3 had noddles and they were so old!! It’s like all they did was try to reheat them. It was terrible!! The rice was ok and the veggies could’ve been better but man spending over $50 on bad food is so wrong! Never coming back!!

This place is so good! The restaurant is so clean it’s in a big complex. The staff is so nice. The food is wonderful it taste homemade. The prices were really good to for the amount of food you get also, I recommend the chicken teriyaki all broccoli its amazing!! I definitely recommend this place overall in general for sure!!

Horrible experience. After waiting 15 minutes with no food, I asked for my money back. Michael the manager was extremely rude and difficult. The rest of the staff was fine. I have left with no food and no refund. I can not tell you if the food was any good because I did not receive any food. Michael find a new career. Horrible experience.

I ordered a mad spicy chicken bowl and crab rangoons, and it took over 40 minutes to receive my order. I know this location just opened and this was towards the end of lunch, but it was nowhere near busy. Customers who came in after me and ordered were getting their orders before me and even the cashier asked the BOH what was going on at one point, so I’m pretty sure my order of just one bowl and an appetizer didn’t justify such a long wait time. Also, when I placed my order, the cashier didn’t know how to enter the bowl as “mad spicy,” and put it as a special instruction. I’m pretty sure the bowl I got wasn’t that, and the crab rangoons had very little filling. Overall, I wouldn’t go back here unless you have all day to wait for food.

I’m so grateful I found this place I love anything teriyaki so to find this place nearby was amazing! My boyfriend and I thought it was a cool place with a nice vibe we were attended super nice and they even sell cookies and ice cream here it’s truly madness!! lol We ended up getting chicken teriyaki bowls with fried rice and it was made to order and fast it was a plus getting to see it be made to order! I barely rate anything good on here but my mind was blown we will def be back!!
