You can totally skip this place. I love teriyaki. Boy was I disappointed. The guy at the counter was a rude douche, my food, in addition to being incorrect, was revolting – overcooked and essentially flavorless. I asked for noodles INSTEAD of rice not IN ADDITION TO rice so I got a box full of rice with pathetic looking, sad, faded food. It was gross. I ate a bite of each part and threw it away. Nothing about what they show resembles what they serve.

The food is great unfortunately the service is not. I ordered online I was suppose to pick up at 2:04 at 2:40 pm food was not ready. The cashier had forgotten about the order she told us to come back in 15-20 min we went back and she said she mixed up the orders and they had to re make the meal.I ended up asking for a refund waited more than 35 min for nothing.

It’s alright. I got the steak & chicken. Came with noodles & rice. As well,as vegetables. The carrots are SUPER soft (like for babies) & very sweet.Zucchni,Onions & Mushrooms round out the plate.I also got some steak & cheese egg rolls which are banging! Even goes well with the white sauce.

The food was mediocre. Everything felt like it had been cooked the day prior and not as fresh as I would’ve wanted it. It was delivered very quickly so that was great.

It was discussing. I thought I was going to get fresh chicken wings not refried chicken wings that been sitting there drying out. I called and told them that the chicken wings were old and they just refried them. She said no they were fresh. I wasn’t going to argue with her because she wasn’t going to replace them she kept on denying that I was served old chicken. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I come back there to eat. The sushi rolls are very small for 4.99. The are very high in price but they don’t have good quality food are services. If I could’ve giving them zero stars I would have twice

I ordered bourbon chicken and beef fried rice with a side of sautéed mushrooms. The chicken is okay. The carrots that come with the meal are far too soft. Like Gerber baby food. The beef fried rice is bland. The mushrooms are not seasoned at all. Very poor effort. I really paid 21 dollars for flavorless food. This tastes basic. Not authentic. Is there any great Chinese restaurants around this area??? I wanted something different and tasty. Sorry teriyaki express, you don’t got it. I am a deep critic because I pay for my food. If I could give zero stars then that’s what it would be. And for the reviews that give this place 4 stars please stop lying to the people. Because that’s why I tried this place. Honest reviews makes for better food!!!

The food is good but I’m noticing that they load your box up with rice or noodles and cheat you out the veggies and meats with the hibachi dishes. Very small portions of veggies and meats. If you’re paying this much for an entree it’s should definitely be evened out!
