This is my family’s to go place for yakisoba and teriyaki. So skip all the other teriyaki places in Salem and come here.

Very quick and excellent food. One of the better teriyaki joints in Salem. The owner/ cashier can be a little grouchy but that adds to charm. Dining room is big and clean.

Taste is what you would imagine, wait time was average and the prices are pretty standard only thing not worthy is that the dining area was very clean. Seemed like a quiet place to have lunch.

The food here is absolutely incredible!!! I am currently plant-based and have their Tofu Yakisoba and honestly, it is sooo delicious and full of flavor! I remember enjoying a lot of their menu too even before being plant-based, 10/10 recommend!

I asked for Chicken Katsudon. Nomally (in Tokyo)…this is a chicken cutlet cooked in egg and spring onions and so moist that it falks apart on your fork. This cutlet had no taste, was cooked dry. Clean restaurant. Price high for quality of food. The search continues..

I love this place so much. When I try and Asian restaurant, I always start with the orange chicken. For me, that is the standard I use as a baseline for my first visit. The baseline has been set and it’s going to be hard to beat it.

I’ve tried Beef Teriyaki from almost every where you can find it, in Salem, and this is the absolute best

Met a couple friends there for lunch. Quick, delicious, and not noisy so you could carry on conversations.

Noodles were pasty and overcooked, chicken was flavorless, the teriyaki was like water, and added nothing to the plate. Threw it out, and finding lunch somewhere else down the road.

I go here often to get lunch on my break. The food is simple yet tasty. They always give a good portion of meat. It seems the older couple run it all by themselves.
