Let me start this review with the fact I absolutely LOVE the food!!! There is no other place that gets the sauce right like “chicky bowl.” Though they have gone significantly down hill since just before COVID. Now the lobby is closed, they jacked prices to astronomical amounts, and the service is horrible. I was shocked when I handed my credit card to the person(they don’t accept cash anymore it seems) and they handed it back covered in sticky sauce. I asked for a napkin and she said “no, deal with it.” I don’t want to never have their food again, simply because it’s amazing but they are really trying hard to drive themselves under. I would suggest against eating here.

Place looks so dated. Also why is the bowl only $.75 cheaper than the plate?!? It’s so much smaller! Anyways, asked for a water and was given the smallest cup with no lid! Asked for a lid and said they had none and said I can pay $2.25 for a large water!!??! Isn’t tap water free?? And they said they charge for the cup! Absolutely ridiculous! Went to Taco Bell down the street which gave me a LARGE FREE water, no problem. Get with it! Do you even care anymore about your customers ?!?

Was next door getting my car worked on. It’s Saturday. Tried to go in and the door was locked. said they only do drive through all of a sudden, but the catch, I didn’t have a car and they wouldn’t even take a to go order. Just sent my business some where else without a care in the world. This place has gone down hill really quick considering how much they charge now. Will never go back after this experience.

They have always been expensive, but I was floored by the amount I spent. I should have paid more attention to the prices on the menu. Yes, I got a double, but it’s chicken and rice. And the double doesn’t even come with 2 containers of Teriyaki, so I ordered an extra one. After-tax, it was over $23 for bland, fast food. They don’t bother seasoning anything. The chicken and fried rice are both completely bland. Your food should be seasoned and have good flavor before putting any sauce on. But that’s not the case here. You are better off spending your money at one of the area’s better fast-food or casual restaurants. You’ll get better food for most likely less money. I will not be returning here.

Love my chicken bowls! However that’s where my good review ends! The lobby is NEVER open! And when I was handed my credit card back (they don’t accept cash) she thru it at me!
