I followed the Facebook page so I knew when they would be serving birria tacos. I finally got to try them the other day and it was AMAZING! They were absolutely loaded with meat and cheese & were full of flavor. I can’t wait to go back again. The food truck made the whole gas station parking lot smell good. There’s one picnic type table provided which would seat maybe 4 people. I think it is mostly to take and go, though. Also the white colored agua Fresca I got tasted like chalk lol. Next time I’ll get a coke

The best Tamales you can buy locally and the street corn is excellent as well. I definitely recommend trying Teresita’s!

Moist and flavourful tamales in a variety of meat and meat free options. Fast, friendly service from a covid compliant staff in an outdoor setting. Love the bulk purchase option. Inclusive, great value, not too overly spicy.

The tamales are ok they are not a big deal, they barely have meat and they very small. Also they are over priced $2.50 for a tamal is way too much!!! on top of that you have to pay extran$1.50 or more for the topping!!! Waist of time and money.

Just moved to Huntsville from northern Utah, and my wife and I have been trying to find good, authentic tamales. Well, our search ended on 10/28/22, as I stopped by the Madison, AL, location (beside a Chevron gas station) for Teresita’s Tamales. I bought two pork, 1 chicken and 1 that has jalapeno w/other ingredients (can’t remember all the fillings, as we haven’t tried it yet, or, the chicken one, yet). We did try the pork tamales and they were delicious; plenty of seasoned pork (w/a little “bite” (heat) but not close to being overpowering; great balance. The masa was a perfect amount and tasted wonderful. Their tamales are good size, and for anyone who has never made homemade tamales (we have), it’s A LOT of work (a labor of love!), but worth it. I’ve read reviews from some folks who claim the price of the tamales is too high; they’re too small, and some say not enough filling. Folks are entitled to their opinion, although I disagree w/those types of comments/reviews. Teresita’s Tamales are very special and the pork tamales we tried, are right up there with the best we’ve ever eaten. Gracias, we’ll be back! Larry & Joni Hyatt

Best tamales, best birria… It’s all good. The people are super nice and so are the people waiting for their orders! I guess knowing you’re about to eat some of the best tamales around puts you in a good mood!! I haven’t tried a dessert tamale yet but I hear those are fantastic as well.

Their food is divine. We love the tamales of all flavors. Pork, chicken, and veggie are all great. We also enjoy the arepas. Can’t go wrong, and we love supporting a local small business!!!
