Bloomer Creek Pet Nat Riesling ”Riesling from Beckenridge vineyard was pressed and fermented in neutral 500L puncheons. The gewürztraminer was split into two treatments. Some of it was direct press and fermented in stainless steel, while a little bit was pulled from our lot of fully macerated gewürztraminer from this site, which was destemmed and fermented on the skins for 20 days before being pressed off and moved into neutral french oak barrels. Once all three lots were dry (The riesling was of course the last, as it finished up in January), we blended into tank, threw in some freshly thawed riesling must that we froze at crush, stirred it up, and bottled it. A couple months later and voila! Bubbs.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. |

Teresa’s…A Fav place for a killer selection of very good beers … And wines. Food is very good!!! This place has a great atmosphere and vibe. Teresa’s is a bit dark and moody, in a good way. When crowded it can be VERY loud. Seating at tables/booths and bar. Great place for lunch, bunch of dinner. Service is hit or miss at bar. Next door is more of an open, contemporary, well lighted space with good service.

Love this place for the unique food options and weekly specials. Drinks are always superb with a variety of imported wines. Tess was our waitress and did a fantastic job keeping us informed of all appetizer and dinner specials and special drink options. GF, vegetarian and dairy free friendly options are available and noted on the menu. Outside dining is an option.

Teresa’s has been a place that recharged my excitement for dining out. The menu feels curated by a world traveler with a passion to share their favorite experiences. I was having trouble choosing an appetizer or entree to settle on, because they all sounded so good. Unexpectedly impressed by having a list of gin to choose from. I’m planning on going back as much as possible to try everything. Highlights so far have been the Fire pie Pizza, Escargot, Beet Salad, Scallops and Tiramisu.

Met our son here for an early mother’s day outing. First time here and the beer drought selection is overwhelming. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and helpful to find your likes and let you sample before you choose. We were there only for drinks but seeing the food come out for other patrons looked wonderful. The place is much bigger inside than it looks like from the outside. Will definitely come back for another occasion for the full Monty.

By far an outstanding experience. Visited for the first time 2nd July and was greeted by the lovely Fiona who provided the most amazing service from start to finish. She was informative, attentive, and genuinely engaging. All of the foods we selected were well prepared and flavorful. It’s definitely somewhere we plan to return to. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I come here a couple of times a year and we love it every time. It’s easy to rack up a 3 digit bill but the flavors and experience are so worth it. Best steak I’ve ever had. Awesome cheese and charcuterie selection. It’s worth every penny.

Fantastic place. Incredible food with great flavors and nice array of different things on the menu. And that’s on top of a stellar assortment of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits that you won’t find everywhere. The bartenders and wait staff are tops. Just a great place with cool vibe. If you’re out that way, go!

Came here a few times before, about 7-8 years ago. Decided to come back again with my wife for a nite out. So many meat and cheese plates to choose from, they all sounded great. What we had was wonderful. They have a nice selection of quality beer as well. We’ll be back soon…
