Best tasting menu in Portland. Our sommelier Mike was great with explaining why he chose the pairing. The food was creative and the flavors were a nice exploration. Definitely recommend getting the bread add on. It was really good.

Absolutely amazing meal…one of the top 3 I have ever had in my life. Went here on the last night of vacation and it was the highlight of the trip. Food was brilliant in concept and execution, and service was top notch. Seriously impressive what these guys are doing with a small team.

I like to make lists & rank things so here we go: this is my new best restaurant in Portland and my #2 restaurant ever (#1 has 3 michelin stars and is twice the price). Kann, Normandie, & Langbaan are also incredibly good but the special thing about Tercet is every-single-thing we had was wonderful, all dozen dishes were memorable & interesting & delicious. Egg was out of this world good, one of the best things we’ve ever had. The linguine was a perfect pasta dish, as good as anything from Larch in Leavenworth. The steak dish had incredible flavor, the geoduck was something I’d always wanted to try & this was the perfect place to do it, subtle but super nice. Both desserts were flavor combos I’d not normally go for (e.g. bitter orange and white chocolate) but each was perfectly done, broadened my horizons a bit.

10s across the board! What a lovely experience. The mystery of not knowing what the prix fixe menu was going to have on it was daunting at first, but actually thrilling when we sat down and got a simplified menu: “Egg, Geoduck, Linguine, Cod, Beef, Orange, Buttermilk”. The staff (3 people only, including the chef) explained each dish distinctively as it came out and in the end gave us a detailed menu to take home. ♡ The wine pairing was fantastic, our waiter was knowledgable and friendly. Upon entering the restaurant is a beautiful foyer with welcome cocktails waiting until your table is seated for service. This is an establishment that does scheduled meals twice per day: 6pm and 8:30pm. Would come back any day!

Coming from San Francisco, I visited Tercet on a PDX roadtrip. WOW! Pricing is affordable for a luxurious fixed course meal (maybe 7 courses i think)? I brought my own bottle of sparkling wine, and it was $300 including gratuity for two.

This was such an intimate experience. We went for our wedding anniversary. It’s a small restaurant in the mezzanine of Morgan’s Alley in downtown Portland. We had 8:30 reservations, so once their earlier seating tables left, there were only four tables in the restaurant. When we arrived, the downtown area around the restaurant felt fine and was a little sketchy when we left (around 11pm)

A truly memorable experience – each dish was absolutely incredible. Definitely at the top of the list of prix fixe meals I’ve had in Portland. Location seemed odd to me, but once in the restaurant you feel like you’re tucked away in magical. Intimate little space. Service was impeccable and so, so impressive that it’s run, start to finish, by just three men.

Fantastic experience – inventive, interesting AND delicious meal with top notch service. Others have done a great job in their reviews and photos which do justice to the beautiful plates these guys are putting out.

Makes French Laundry seem like a Taco Bell by comparison.

Pricey but with Portlands lack of sales tax, it comes out to about par for the same quality of food in NYC for the same price range or so. Food was great. The wine waiter was one of the best and very good value wine pairings. Only recommendation is for them to salt things slightly less but this is likely personal preference.
