I’ve been going here since the 90s and early 2000s when I was a student at Delta college. Probably every other day. My go to is the Super Quesadilla with a large Horchata. Since then I moved to soCal and haven’t been back in 20 years. I recently stopped by in 2023 and the Super Quesadilla is as delicious as I remember. I absolutely love this place. I haven’t found a super Quesadilla quite like it in SoCal. Stockton has changed a lot, but I hope this place stays the same forever.

I had the enchilada meal and it just was a enchilada meal nothing special actually bland. The rice was reddish but not Spanish rice and a little dry and almost dry. The beans tasted like to much lard and overall the whole dish was luke warm. I normally don’t add salsa or jalapeños but it was very bland. Last the price 14$ for entrée and medium drink (not alot of food)

Today there was a man with a white shirt and beard who went right through the kitchen into the back. He wiped his beard with his hand and then touched the pen and order pad. He kept walking in and out getting things. It is disgusting. The male cashier also regularly touches his face and glasses. It is unsanitary.
