Great food and great atmosphere. I ordered the takoyaki, sesame ice cream platter, spicy miso ramen. The spice was not too overbearing and the broth was rich in flavor.

went during lunch today for the first time with my sister and it was so good! my overall experience is so nice and the food is great. the 2 ladies were also very kind as they greeted us and often checked up on us. will definitely be coming back again!

Food is amazing and everything but due to unfortunate circumstance as i was enjoying my meal we were forced to leave as they were clearing our tables while eating. Due to closing time.. Meal etiquette.. I spent over $100… so rude..

I came here for the first time because I was told it was very good but unfortunately I wasn’t able to try their food because they left me sitting there for 30 minutes without taking any drink orders or food orders. I will definitely not be coming back and will let everyone know this place absolutely sucks with customer service. What a shame.

I loved this place! It was great and very delicious something I didn’t like was the worker who greeted us she could’ve been more happy and positive but she was half of that she came back to us a bit sad and didn’t speak much but the food was so good definitely coming back again.

Had my birthday here and it was great. We were there thirty minutes before closing with a party of seven (for the love of everything try not to do this) but regardless of staying about twenty minutes past closing all the staff were still so nice. They give you cheesecake and ice cream on your birthday too. I’m honestly so relieved they also don’t sing you a song, saved so much uneeded awkwardness. The food is great too and was ready faster than i expected. 10/10 would go again.

The Ramen here is great! Service is also very good and the workers are nice and greet you with a smile. The sesame balls are bomb and mochi ice cream is great also. My daughter and I loved it. The food presentation is a 10/10. I would definitely eat here again.

I will be honest the sea food plate was not what I expected… the broth was delicious, the eggs seemed frozen, crab legs texture was similar to imitation crab, the crab itself didn’t look tasty or presentable, the noodles were good. In my opinion I give it a 5/10 ♀️… the other plates my family had looked more tasty than mine.. My son’s plate udon had a piece of plastic inside.. thank you, chef Iris

I rarely give out low reviews because I am a foodie guy that enjoys good food. This was my second trip here at Ten Gu Delano with soup served cold. Second trip because I wanted to give you a second chance after i reached out to you in private the first time, advising the soup was cold. Again, just like the first time, our meats were cold, soup was just warm. After telling the staff we wanted our soup hot, we still didn’t get a steaming soup. I was disappointed again. After our food was delivered, nobody came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. We have been at your Gosford and Coffee branches, and we enjoyed our ramen each time. I was happy when I heard you are having a Delano branch, but somehow my visit in this branch was disappointing.
