Sushi and sashimi are always fresh and high quality , the owner bought them personally . Sushi man slice the fish perfectly not too thick or too thin when you deep into wasabi n ginger . It should be the way enjoy sashimi . Some people cut either too chunky or too thin . Beside that I enjoy their appertizer like hot and sour shop – the soup taste perfectly for so many years , and so many places i went , couldnt compare theirs . I always ask them what is their secret receipe ? As for kitchen foods I like their shrimp basil , the shrimp are huge and fresh . The portion are good , prices are acceptable. The services are good .

I was on my way to Danbury to meet up with friends when suddenly my tire blew out. So instead of me driving to them they came down to me in Kotonah. A town we normally never go to. So we took a chance with Tengda and absolutely loved it! Our waitress was so nice and helpful with the menu. The food was delish and the place was clean. I loved the detail on the plates. We ordered three desserts and they were amazing! The fried ice cream is a must try. Will definitely come back especially for a date.
