First time at Ten Seconds and within the first 10 seconds, I was greeted with this fragrant aroma that got me salivating before I could even sit myself down. Annie, our server, was very friendly and gave us a run down of their menu. Already, I could sense the service is top notch. I found out about this place from a coworker that claims this is a must go to experience if you’re a foodie. And sure enough, it did not disappoint. Hearty broth that reminds you of home, hits you deep in the soul. If you’re into noodles and soup and want an adventure in fine Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. This is the spot.

Apparently they’re under new management since I last came here, but the quality of the food remains thankfully untouched. Had the tofu, tripe, and the Mala noodle soup. Tables were clean and atmosphere was bright with the restaurant back story labeled loud and proud on one of the walls. Tofu was chewy and mellow, tripe was punchy and refreshing, and the Mala noodle soup was bold and intense without giving up flavor. Highly recommend this place with friends.

I’m from out of town and wanted to try something new. We stopped by and it is Very clean. Service is super friendly. I asked the waitress what she recommended “mala noodle soup” it didn’t disappoint spice and smooth. Great experience will definitely come back when in town..

I am so glad I found this place. The food was so delicious. I was craving for noodles and this restaurant didn’t let me down. I think that the price is reasonable as everywhere you go is about the same. Cost of ingredients have increased. The service was great and the atmosphere was just right. I wished I had taken the photo before I started eating. I will definitely get the before photos the next time I am here.

They just reopened under new management. The space definitely is much more appealing to the eye and inviting than before. Plus the food was delicious! I’m still thinking about their popcorn chicken.. cannot wait to come back！

I got mala noodle soup with beef. The beef was good, and I liked the quail egg. The lettuce soaked up a lot of spice so it was hard to eat. Noodles were ok. The soup was too spicy for me to drink.

We decided to give this place a try tonight and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was! The restaurant was clean and bright and the waitress was very nice to go over the menu with us. I had the pickle pepper broth and it did not disappoint! Great price for the amount they give. The spicy beef tripe appetizer was probably my favorite. Family-approved! The whole family finished everything in their bowl, no leftovers! Will definitely come back again.
