A great place for a cool beer and lunch after a hot morning exploring the shops and market. The staff were friendly and the service was great. A nice range of beers on tap and bottled. We can recommend their sandwiches too.

Food has been improving since inception. Full bar and decent tap. Enjoy the concerts they host. It’s really an enjoyable spot on the square.

I was totally surprised to see this new business off of the square in Georgetown. I walked in not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It is decorated with rustic / modern-farmhouse decor with an area for playing “lawn games” like corn hole. There is a bar area to order drinks and sandwiches as well as a butcher counter with various cuts of meat available for sale. A unique business concept for the area. We enjoyed grabbing a beer and ordering sandwiches. I tried the Texas dip ( a twist on a traditional French dip) which was tasty. I could tell that the quality of meat was top notch. A great addition to the restaurant scene in Georgetown.

This place is more of a bar with small menu then it is a meat supplier. Menu is almost all sandwiches. A little bit slow in the making but the dip I had was very tasty. They do sell high quality meat but the selection wasn’t as much as you’d expect at a meat supply. They also sell a nice selection of BBQ rubs.

I went for lunch and got a Georgetown Melt and Queso. The place was nicely decorated and cool. The food was okay. Not the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had…and the queso was watery. Not sure if I’d go again. Wasn’t impressed.

The Georgetown melt was really good. The turkey BLT we thought didn’t have much turkey. Husband is a fan of the 32 oz beers you can walk around with. The service (at the bar) was really good, everyone checks on you. Wish they had side options other than chips.

I came in wanting to support a local business. They just don’t have the integrity to stand behind their prices advertised behind the counter. I was told the price behind the counter was months old. I don’t think I’ll be coming back out of principal. Not upset just disappointed. I’ll just go to HEB Next time. The meat isn’t discolored there and the price is more reasonable… And HEB is still local.

Horrible food and it took over an hour to get 2 sandwiches. They were smart, though. They make you pay upfront before you get your food. Otherwise, nobody would pay for this garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time and money on this place!

I absolutely LOVE Tejas! I come here 2-3 times a month because the food and the people are worth it. The staff have always been so welcoming.

Was just there yesterday looking for a sirloin. Butcher was happy to cut and trim one just for me. Staff are always polite and their beef is excellent. Good selection of beer and wine if you decide to sit for awhile.
