Very disappointed. I spent over $90. I recieved scraps of chicken with my kids chicken and fries. 4 pieces of meat with my Chicharron and Yuca. My salad that came with meals was soaking wet lettuce with water even in the container(not condensation) and rotting guacamole on it. They sent extra fries (possibly to make up for all the bad) which I did not need or ask for. And 1 open plastic utensils package with all this food and the fork was missing. Made me feel like it was used and recycled.

If i could give zero stars i would. I think this has been the worse restaurant experience i ever had! Im usually good at seeing the bright side of things but im literally applaud at this location. Mind you i been here before and nothing like today’s experience. The waitress came to us got our order. Ordered some pupusas and a milkshake for my son and i had asked for a juice. Lady mentioned they didnt have mmelon juice so i asked what kind of juice they had and she said cashew only. So i asked for cashew. She leaves and 10 mins later comes with tostito chips and no salsa. Not even water smh. Then 15 min later comes out with out food still waiting on our drink, utensils and napkins. We get our food and noticed the pupusas have a funny smell to them like OLD, im hispanic and my mother makes pupusas. I know what fresh and old once look. You can tell they where old pupusas. My 8yr old son even said this doesnt look good and he didnt end up eating it. So finally we get our drink and she brings me a milkshake when I mentioned juice and she kept agruing with me that it was a milkshake. She left upset and grabbed me a soda instead. Then after asking for napkins multiple times she finally did. When I went to pay i told her that the pupusas werent touched that i shouldnt be charged because i could tell they are old and smelly she said they are made fresh that if i want to go in the kitchen and see for myself….and was still charged for them. Oh cant forget to mentioned they dont speak any English at all and she was on her phone the whole time. LEGIT WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD EXPERIENCE!

Im just beyond happy we finally have local authentic Mexican/Salvadoran made freshly done! Im so happy I don’t need to take the drive to North Shore for some delicious pupusa & horchata, we have them here in Brockton! Great service and the food was amazing! Thank you so much! ♥️ support small business ♥️

I ordered online and was told 20 min. I ended up being made to wait for 50 minutes. While waiting I saw the girl at the counter clean a table and take a bag of salsa off the man’s plate and put on side board. She then proceeded to try and put the dirty bag into my order! I told her that was unclean and to give me a fresh order. I would not recommend this place due to the poor hygiene practices of its employees.

Place is small but bright and inviting. Staff is super friendly and very nice. We ordered drinks and waited for our takeout: quesadillas, steak gordita, steak w/peppers and onions. We can’t wait to come back again.

Ordered tacos and papusas on DoorDash and they gave me 2 tees leche cakes instead of what I ordered. I called the store to let them know so I can go get the food I ordered and payed for and they just hung up the phone. Unprofessional!!! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Wow! Papusas (very similar to an arepa) were amazing as was steak taco. Not pictured was tamale, which was best I’ve had. Authentic Central American food you can’t find outside Boston.

They can do better. I’ll have to try it again. 1 out of 3 orders was tasty. I went for pupusas and they didn’t really hit like I’m used to. Then again i may be biased.
