As my wife said as we left, “This pizza is probably the best thing about Pittsfield!” We enjoyed a fresh hot bacon, chicken, and ricotta pizza and a few beers. The staff was kind, accommodating and funny. The pizza was perfect, not a thin crust but not super thick either, right in the middle. No flop to the crust either, which made this pie even more enjoyable. 12 outta 10 would recommend!

Wow… First time going here. From out of town. I went to go pick up the food and found the atmosphere to be really nice until I started to pay attention. I was told to go to the bar for my pickup order. 3 girls were behind the bar on their phones and didn’t notice me standing there for a solid 2 minutes. When one finally did, she said “don’t mind me, just checking out the Amazon Prime deals” then ran off to pack up my order. While I waited, I watched the rest of the very young staff all stand around, take selfies with eachother and gossip. There was one girl behind the bar that rang me up and made a comment about how nobody else apparently wanted to do any work. As I’m still waiting for my order, 2 patrons sit at the bar and order a beer. The bar tender didnt know the selection on tap and when she went to pour one into a glass, so much foam came out and had to get poured down the drain.. she then wiped down the side of the glass with her bare hand and gave it to the customer without them noticing. Thankfully my food came out shortly thereafter. I didnt have high hopes on the food of based on what I had already seen but my whole family really enjoyed the food. If I was a local, I would never eat here in person because I feel like I’d have a terrible time. Get the staff in line and maybe you’d have an all around great restaurant because right now it’s embarassing.

The worse pizza i ever ate . Who ever gave these people a high review clearly never ate real pizza fron Pizza Regina in the Nort End Boston . The pizza crust was hard as a rock . The dough was old . The sauce was acidity. I woulldnt give it a star period. I spent $22 dollars for garbage . I gave waitress $8 dollar tip as its not her fault . Just horrible .

We live in New York. When we discovered Teddy’s a while back we were thrilled. A hidden gem! Their tuna subs are excellent-our son says the best he’s ever had! Every time we’re in Mass we stop at TEDDY’S. And the owners are so friendly.
