From down south but stumbled upon this place recently on a business trip. Better than any crawfish I’ve had back home. These guys really got it going on. Crawfish had great flavor with a nice kick to em. Size was really nice. Potatoes were tender so was corn. Ate my shrimp before i realized i needed to take a picture and they were easy to peel and had a nice pop to them when you eat em. Love me some tech drive crawfish!

These crawfish were just what I needed coming back home to Louisiana. Not overly seasoned, spice was great. Crawfish had good size and price was right. I highly recommend Tech Drive Crawfish when you get a craving for crawfish!

I’d heard quite a few people suggest the “Chevron Crawfish” and say it was the best they’ve ever had, but I admit I didn’t believe them until I tried out Jacob’s crawfish for a catering order tonight. It was AMAZING! The crawfish were a good size and the perfect amount of seasoning without being TOO spicy. The corn, potatoes and sausage were all very tasty as well and enjoyed tremendously by everyone in our party! Not to mention Jacob was prompt with our order and had it ready for pickup right away at my desired time. I already can’t wait to bring my nephews here when they come visit so I will definitely be back very soon!

One of the best crawfish spots in Ruston! Whether you’re in the mood for shrimp or crawfish they have it. They have a fantastic flavor and will even add more seasoning if you like yours a bit hotter. They run great specials if you want a taste of both as well! This is where I’m coming from now on!!

Stopped by the other night to pick up dinner, portions are great, for a minute I thought they were serving two. Food was awesome, always the best place for crawfish and shrimp. I have been going there a long time, always a treat.

We had their crawfish and shrimp for the first time last night and we really liked it. The serving of the crawfish was very quick and the generous size of the crawfish was a big plus…a dozen had meat in their claws! Haha! Jacob was very nice during ordering and it was busy but everything went very quickly. We’ll be back again very soon!
