I got an açaí bowl and a boba. The girls were super sweet and the whole place was very nice. It had a nice, calm, friendly vibe but the boba pearls were hard. The drink itself wasn’t bad at all but the boba was inedible. The açaí bowl had fresh fruit on top and was delicious except for the actual smoothie part of it. The smoothie was sour and just not very good, it had blackberries in it that were just disgusting. I would like to eventually come back and make try the popping boba but you can’t call yourself a boba place and not have good boba. The açaí bowl was definitely priced correctly but nearly $8 for a drink that i ended up throwing away?

I went on a night featuring an all female comedy show and it was so much fun! I got a matcha boba milk tea and my boyfriend got a Thai tea both were delicious and served with great customer service. Charisma is such a bright spirit and friendly to all who come in. The space is colorful and inviting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for boba in the Sarasota area!

This place is very kid friendly , fun , and very entertaining place! Something I would recommend is the cotton candy flavored boba tea . It’s very nice and tastes so amazing! Also while your waiting for your drinks , you can check out the cool games and post a selfie on Facebook, TikTok, and more! Every other Friday evening, a large group of us go to Teas Days to rock out for their karaoke, boba tea, and (an occasional) bottle of wine. Two stars only because the employees were nice, otherwise- this was hands down the worst bubble tea we have ever had. It was like a snow cone more than anything. We are from out of town and searched for a nearby bubble tea joint. When we came in, there was a standup comedy show going on, it seemed like a really cool event with some chill folks, but I think because the employee making the drinks didn’t want to make noise (she only blended briefly during laughter and applause) we got 2 hardly drinkable drinks for nearly $20 after tip. Glad to see local events like this but a bummer that our drink order suffered. Needless to say we won’t be back, they should really rethink their motto “the best boba” as this was not even mediocre- it was awful. Also- the matcha flavor wasn’t sweetened which was strange for a bubble tea, very bland, watered down and bitter and we get matcha flavor wherever we go.
