Small cafe that has decent homestyle breakfast at affordable prices. Portions are normal so you won’t be taking any to-go home (which is a plus imo). Coffee was hot and decent. Fast service. A locals hangout.

If you’re looking for yummy and cheap eats in a quaint but quality location, come to the Pot. This small breakfast/lunch joint serves up decent sized servings at low prices. Feed yourself in the morning with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast for only $5. You can’t beat that. Service is kind and speedy, the dining area small but clean. Keep an eye out for their specials on the whiteboard, there’s always something going on.

Absolutely wonderful Service every single time we go. The people are so sweet. The setting is a quiet little hometown diner which my husband and I love very much. The food is a price that extremely fair. And it’s always amazing never been disappointed with our meals. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to grab a quick breakfast or lunch.

While vacationing in Michigan we were looking for a place to take my dad for a Father’s Day breakfast. We found Tea Pot East after passing two other “breakfast places” and I can honestly say I’m very happy that we did. The food was outstanding, the service was fast and everyone who worked there was courteous, accommodating and very friendly. It looked like a lot of local residents frequent the Tea Pot East (because we saw mostly Michigan license plates on the cars in the parking lot) but also because one couple noticed my Connecticut license plate in the parking lot and struck up a conversation. Overall an excellent place to eat with great food, great atmosphere and excellent service.
