First time tasting Georgian cuisine and definitely blew my mind away, although I had nothing really to compare it with. Their service was quick and waitress was helpful in assisting with what to order. The eggplant & walnut appetizer hit the spot and had an unique taste. The fried pork/fried potatoes entree were super tender! Of course, can’t miss their Friday Latin Nights. Will definitely return!

Went to the Timonium location for the first time today. Liked the atmosphere and I especially enjoyed the showing of support for Ukraine. The food that we had was tasty and we plan on going back to try other items on their menu.

We were on our way back to Virginia and saw the sign from the street for this restaurant and had to stop. We love Turkish, Mediterranean, Persian, and Russian food and Georgian food is like the best kind of mashup of them all, but also not exactly like any of them.

What a hidden treasure. Tucked away off busy York Road this cute place has some of the best food I’ve eaten in months. I never had Georgian food before but just read some literature from that nation & was curious to try. Drove down from Harrisburg for & am so glad! Everything was delicious & unusual (explanations very clear). Each dish was new to me & each was great. Soups, stews, dumplings, egg/cheese. This is a new favorite. Nice staff, too!

Our first time at Tbiliso, but definitely not the last. Extensive menu. Beautiful restaurant. Food is absolutely delicious. Weekend evenings have music, live entertainment, and dancing. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re really missing out.

It was like going to a relatives family gathering and having them cook for us. The food is truly unique, not middle eastern kebab, not Greek, but some similarities to those. The beef pork dumplings and spinach filled flat bread seem to be signature dishes. You can easily feed a child with those and get something more adventurous.

My group of six recently dined at this restaurant and had an absolutely terrible experience. We waited 30 minutes just to place our order, and then after an hour of waiting, we had only received two out of the six meals we had ordered. The remaining four never arrived. To make matters worse, while we were waiting for our food, the staff was more interested in dancing with a large party than tending to our needs. When we expressed our frustration with the slow service and missing meals, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Rather than apologizing for the incredibly poor service, the manager was disrespectful and unempathetic. It’s clear that the staff at this restaurant do not value their customers or their time. We had made a reservation for our group and expected to receive prompt and professional service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone – the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff made for a very unpleasant dining experience.
