The food here is wonderful, but I am not a huge fan of the cafeteria feel. Added, they were so busy getting orders quickly, that the young lady only got part of my order, so when the food came to the table, we were short two dishes.

The food was great and a lot! One funny thing happened, I had ate not even half of my food when I went up to the counter to get to-go containers. When I returned to my table my food was gone! I went back to the counter and said my food is gone. The young guy behind the counter was super nice and made all my food over at no charge. The waitress was apologizing and embarrassed. I told her it was OK, honest mistake!

Visited during a weekend lunch rush and found the restaurant clean, cool, and very efficient. Ordering and service is streamlined, and the staff were very friendly — the men were quick with handshakes. The manager, Ken Davis, was particularly generous. I will definitely return here on future visits to Tuscaloosa.

I am VERY impressed with not only the great customer service but with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the prices, menu options and quality of food! I have not been able to find a Mediterranean dish that I enjoy, (rarely trying anything outside of a gyro). I find some Mediterranean dishes to be over whelming with a citrus or cucumber taste, with little dill flavoring or even bland however, the tzatziki sauce is homemade with the best ingredients and NOT from a container, and it shows! It is very fresh with a great mix of flavors! I missed the picture and the name however, they have a new appetizer that has pita chips and a honey/ brie cheese mix (I believe mix) it is extremely tasty! A must try!
