This place has the right name!!!! “Taystee Burger”.Taystee Burger sets the bar high for any establishment selling burgers. I love everything about this small business. Great customer service with phone in orders, Accuracy of orders major. When she say 15 man or 25 min. she means that. Always on time. Everyone should try a Taystee Burger

Absolutely Horrible customer service. I purchased a regular cheese burger and a turkey burger. I’d been here before but never had their turkey burger. After receiving it once i got home I realized that the burger was not like the beef. Instead of the the meat being fresh and hand pattied like the beef, the turkey was a patty. The turkey burger was disgusting and I’ve had a many of turkey burgers. I called the restaurant 15 min after i left and was told by the lady that I couldn’t return it and that I had made a bad decision. They refused to make another burger. Won’t be doing back there EVER

Taystee Burger has a very good burger one of the best I tasted. I have been there several times and go about 2-3 times a month. Don’t be put off by the woman at the window as her customer service skills are lacking, not rude just not pleasant at all. They don’t answer the phone, I called while in the store and no answer, as a matter of fact the phone rang multiple times and not even an attempt to answer the phone. The food though is very good which keeps me keeping back.
