Excellent and consistently prepared meals. If want authentic cooking , friendly staff and best chips:salsa, this is the place. Love the chicken enchiladas verdes with hearty portions of beans and rice. Soups are so filled with best homemade ingredients. I eat here so often it’s like I’m enjoying a meal in someone’s home!

Ordered a Chile relleno burrito and there was only pieces of a green Chile , not an actual stuffed Chile with cheese coated in egg. It was more like a bean burrito. Prices are totally inflated. Was a lot better when it was at the old location and the owner was more like a host not ithe cook. Combination dinners are smaller plates and all the food is crammed in and mixed together. Big thumbs down

This is a knock off, cheap imitaition of the legendary taxco salcedo restraurant in Baldwin Park. The real taxco was owned by jesse salcedo who sold the restaurant after 50 years of ownership. The restaurant fell apart after he sold it and retired in Temecula. However, if u want real authentic mexican food, his kids can cook up a delicious meal, using jesses original recipes.

Excellent food and service! They moved up western to a smaller place, they decorated their new place beautiful. The chili Colorado is the best I’ve ever had! And that’s a true statement.

I’ve been here a couple times now, and each time the food and service are awesome. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the mood for good Mexican food. I had the huevos rancheros and a side of beef tacos, both were great.
