Food was absolutely fantastic. I loved it all. It’s a quaint little joint with a great atmosphere. I loved the decorations and staff. If you’re in the area, it is a must.

The food is delicious. The service is always polite and efficient. It’s one of the few places where I can get ramen with rice noodles. The sushi is great, too!

It’s one of my favorite ramen restaurants, which says a lot. I’ve been to as many ramen restaurants as I can. For me, the noodles are pepper spicy tasting. I liked it at first, but it does get tiring to the tongue. Which was unexpected because I love spicy food that others often find too spicy. Also, the noodles had a firmness to them that lasted even though I ate my bowl slowly that day. Not as firm as I would have liked, but I am splitting hairs. The vegetarian broth is savory and not creamy. There was also a variety of vegetables and mushrooms that were not in other bowels.

This is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. The flavors are so bold!! The pork tastes like it was grilled in a barbecue..just so amazing. Gyoza and takoyaki were delicious too. Service was a bit slow but they were really busy and the food made up for it.

Best ramen in Denver! Can be very busy when school is in since it’s near DU.

Absolutely amazing experience. The place is decorated very artsy with some anime references on the walls. We got to-go sushi and it was so fresh and delicious. I’d like to think I met the owner who was this super sweet woman who got to know us a bit while we waited on food and she even gave us a free roll that ended up being my favorite. In love with everything about this place, 10/10 everything

I love this place. Located right down University and i25 can be hard to find parking but it’s fine most of the time. The service is excellent, waitress is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the food and especially the ice cream. From the name i thought it was a dumpling place but it’s a Japanese sushi restaurant. They have plenty of options for appetizers. The pork was a downturn for me, but overall experience was good

I was next door at Floyd’s getting a haircut and wanted to grab a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. I had a braised pork ramen, which was delicious. I typically don’t go for ramen really anywhere, but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor profiles and levels within the dish. Highly recommend! Also the grilled tofu appetizer along with the vegetables were exceptional.

Out of all the Ramen Shops in Colorado Tatsu has the best quality and flavor. Not only does it taste amazing the portions are amazing and faculty/owners are extremely kind and generous.
