The staff and owners were friendly and engaging and happy to help us decide what to order. We were treated like family even though we were visiting for the first time.

I was running some errands and saw this spot. As a fellow Haitian, I was skeptical at first as we all are but I must say, this was one of the greatest food I have had. I order some rice and beans aka Diri Kole and some fried pork aka griot, and this dish was made with perfection. Everything was so flavorful and omg the pickles were amazing. The plantain was fried perfectly with the perfect crunch. I would recommend this place over all the Haitian restaurants on Long Island.

Bought four orders of Fritay. The owner, daughter and staff are very professional, attentive, welcoming and friendly. My family members are hard critics. There has never been a time they haven’t let me know they didn’t like something about other times I’ve order them food, even if it was a just minor complaint. To my surprise they gave so many compliments in selecting Tati Jo’s for their Saturday dinner. They gave rave reviews. Going on about how tasty it was. Even demanding to know the location. I was actually in shock. I didn’t have any food at this point, so I had to see for myself. The food was absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned, perfect temperature and exceeded the standard of presentation. I want thank you Tati Jo’s for making me look good.

This is the best Carribean/Haitian restaurant in NY, period. The food is scrumptious, and there’s none like it around. The Griot is “Koupe dwèt”. At Tatie Jo’s Caribbean Bistro, they are welcoming, and the vibe it’s like a family reunion. The owner and staffs are very friendly and very professional. I will 100% recommend this restaurant for any catering needs, date nights with your boo, and more…
