My father & I decided to stop by this place for dinner on our way home from Tennessee. I ordered the Country fried chicken w/ white gravy, white rice & green beans, while my father ordered the Country fried steak w/ mushroom gravy,potatoes and corn. Everything came out hot & delicious, I hope to come out here again when I have the chance.

We stopped for dinner on our way to Birmingham and were happy that we found another hidden gem on our road trip. Lots of flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was really nice. The locals seemed to like it too because there were quite a few takeout orders. Will return if we’re ever in the area again.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the chicken fried steak meal. Delicious brown gravy and rice with green beans, the chicke fried steak was breaded perfectly and tasty. Definitely a great home-cooked meal. My husband and my son shared a Philly cheesesteak. That was very very yummy! Everything smelled great. The restaurant inside was clean. We called our order in and they were, quick and responsive to have the food out immediately. The customer service was very friendly and kind truly lovely! I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you so much you made the king drive we had been in all day just a bit easier.

Just had a late lunch at Tastebuds and Suds and I must say they did not disappoint. Great customer from the moment I entered until I left. I had the hot and honey wings with a chili dog and it was delicious!!! It wasn’t your typical can chili, it was home made. I’ll definitely be back!!

We were looking for a stop along our route, and this place came up. After reading a few reviews, we decided to stop. We were not disappointed. The was delicious and the staff was friendly. The fried pickles were amazing. They were the chip kind (the best kind). The batter to pickle ratio was perfect. I ordered the country fried chicken with corn, mash potatoes, and onion mushroom gravy. It was delish. The spices were on point, and it tasted like home. We also ordered the meatloaf with green beans and mash potatoes and gravy. It was scrumptious. The gravy was yummy. I was super happy with Googles suggestion to stop here.
