I love supporting local business and Taste This is worth every penny spent. I got the smothered pork chops with candied yams and macaroni and cheese. I made a terrible decision getting it for lunch during a work day because I was no good after eating it all I wanted to do was nap. However jokes aside it was absolutely delicious and worth the trip.

I truly enjoyed the meal that I ordered from them. My only issue was the yams were cold on arrival. Other than that I truly enjoyed the meal. I ordered the smothered pork chop which I have not had in a very long time and it did not disappoint it was a very large portion so much that I could not eat it in one sitting. The cabage was very tasty. Although the yams were cold they were still tasty. I ordered again the next day the same meal but got collard greens instead of cabbage and the collard greens were very delicious. Unfortunately the yams were on the cold side again and I’m not sure why that is. I also ordered the honey barbecue wings which I just ate today and they were delicious. Hopefully with this posting the owners or the cooks will keep that in mind for the future. I do plan on ordering from there again as it also did not take a very long time for me to get my order. I used GrubHub. I highly recommend this local staple in the community and hope that it becomes a favorite of yours is well.

Good food the atmosphere was laid back and calm .. The service was quick and helpful…. I ordered the stuffed catfish with Mac and cheese and cabbage… The fish was great… The Mac and cheese was good it jus was cold as hell overall the whole meal was cold as ice and I ate it right away…. The sweet potatoes are great too…. The cabbage was extra smack too … I wanna try something different next time but it’s a good place tho.. Nothing major tho
