The tacos were amazing, but I actually liked the ramen the best. As a former Hong Kong resident it was such a nice surprise to get perfectly cooked noodles with a little spring in them that mixed perfectly with the birria. Great addition to Bow Market.

Had many different beef birrias before. This unfortunately felt a bit underwhelming. The taco i got looked nothing like the picture – it was a lot paler and smaller with quite a small portion of beef in the taco for $6. Was also served without the chilli consome that comes with many other birria tacos. Came with a rather bland broth instead.
