Today I ordered carry out and when I lifted the food of the table the contents in the bag were not assembled correctly and my food spilled. The gal took it, cleaned it and brought it back and gave me 1/3 of the food. I asked why the cup wasn’t filled and she said that’s all I was getting and said she would charge 4.00 more to replace the food! This is extremely poor service and why wouldn’t take responsibility for not packing it correctly. Very disappointed!! -5 stars for service

My wife and I stopped here on a road trip. Customer service was great. My pork Torta was good BUT the chicken in my wife’s fajitas was bad. Neither one of us could eat it. The chicken was chewy and stringy.

Every single time I call to order, they can never seem to answer the phone. The food is good but service is terrible. I’ve called 3 times at different times and still the phone kept ringing. Either they need to hire more staff or somebody isn’t doing their job

Traveling around having a look at Washington. Best burrito we’ve had in a long time. Big and the rice in it was yummy. I wish we had the here in Eugene.

I’ve been going to this place for years and it has been going downhill for a while now. I still went because there are a few things I still liked. But tonight I had one of the worst dining experiences ever! I went in with my family and when one of us ordered enchiladas with only cheese, it was still brought to us with meat, we asked for them to change it and after a very pregnant and snooty “waitress” argued to even take the food back. Then enchiladas were brought to us with only cheese but it still wasn’t good at all.

Little high price wise but hands down the best taco/burrito I’ve had in Washington state.

The service was friendly and they willingly described the dishes to a new comer. The burrito was generously filled with several meats and seasonings, not to mention that it’s easily 2 meals worth of food.
