Once again Edwardsville has a place in town that knocks it out of the ball park! Taqueria Z is everything you could want for a taco stop. The tacos are amazing with many options. The quesadillas however are on another level! If you love tacos and quesadillas or a night out with the family this place is a great option. Did I mention a dog friendly patio with puppy treats???

It’s a really good place.. has bunch of varieties on the menu.. love the ambience with very good lighting and the outdor seating area.. but I feel the prices are a little higher for the size of the tacos they offer, but they taste really good though.. will go there again and again..

A welcoming, casual place with zesty, tasty food. Soon became our go to place. It’s clear how Taqueria Z became an Edwardsville fixture.

The tacos were delicious, and I love their hot salsa. It’s a small, creative, and lively place. We sat outside and enjoyed the patio. Great drink selection, too. The menu is not complicated, and they do what they do very well.

Overall, the food was not good. The service was good, but since the food is not, good service doesn’t matter. The carne asada was okay, but the al pastor was dry and flavorless. The rice and beans also lacked flavor. The best thing about Taqueria Z is the salsa.
