My bad for not remembering to ask for flour tortillas when I ordered three tacos. Meat in beef taco had gristle and I don’t know if you can ask for items added on or if they only serve it with onions, cilantro and meat? At any rate I was dissatisfied. Language barrier and no sign on employees owner to understand what you’re asking for.

This is the most average Mexican restaurant in Madison with prices that are crazy for what it is. I’ve only been here once, but there are so many other Mexican restaurants to try in Madison, so I won’t be back. This company needs to do better with so much better competition in this city.

Don’t go-save your money! They said that this is how they make menudo with huge pieces of panza or tripa. I got this for a friend of mine. I try to warn him because I’ve been here before and the people aren’t nice, the chicken is canned and No flavor. I’m including the picture that my friend sent me of what I gave him. I called the restaurant and I complained. They seem not to care. They didn’t offer replacement. They all they kept insisting with that is how they make it??!!! I’m Mexican I have been eating menudo since I was child and I have never in my life heard of huge chunks they also did not include Homey corn! That’s basic!

Simple yet comprehensive menu with all your mexican favorites. I had the chicken tacos with onion and cilantro. The chicken was tender and shredded. I used the green salsa which was savory and had just the right kick. Full cooler of Mexican sodas. Recommended, will return.

Got it at the food truck and it was probably the worst and most expensive burrito ($12) I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure it was just rice in a poorly wrapped burrito. It is such a simple meal…just put some salsa, sour cream, gauc etc.

I have been here 3 times in the past couple of weeks to buy steak tacos. The same amount and same exact way all three times and the price has been different each time. Tonight it cost me $5 more. This is my last visit.

Nasty nasty the meat is so horrible and mushy for some reason. When I brought this up to management they were confused. Definitely not fresh, disappointing all around

Spent $12 on a burrito with just rice, cheese, lettuce and tortilla – the food truck must have run out of everything else. They guy made them without gloves and didn’t tell us they were out of anything. Worst burrito I’ve ever had.

Authentic, but that doesn’t always translate to good. I imagine part of the issue is what I ordered, but this was my experience nonetheless: total hole in the wall in a hidden strip mall, which was promising. I don’t eat beef or pork, so I asked for chicken even thought it wasn’t on the menu. Huge mistake as they brought out what was clearly just canned chicken barely heated up. It was a huge amount of chicken in each taco which almost made it worse. I imagine if you eat beef or pork that their other options (Al pastor, lengua, etc) are better, but nothing special. Tortillas weren’t fresh either.
