I stopped here on a whim driving back from Santa Barbara to LA and just wanted something quick and easy. Quite honestly I never expect Mexican restaurants outside of my favorite SB spots to be any good but this place BLEW me away. I got the Super Burrito with Carne Asada and it was INCREDIBLE. Insane flavors, came out so quickly, and btw they were about to close and looked to be doing a deep clean of the kitchen so I’m not sure what other reviews are talking about – they seemed to be on top of food safety and cleanliness. I will seriously make a point to stop here between my consistent travels between LA and SB from here on out. Such a great spot!

Bomb authentic tacos. Lots to choose from. Plus tons of other great food. Aguas frescas, bottled cokes and more. Be aware, the salsa is legit. It will grow hair on your chest. Definitely worth swinging by.

The sauce of the Torta was good but the bolillo traditional is “Salado” and unfortunately it’s hard to get that in the USA. I wish the Horchata was home made and not instant powder.

I ordered 3 carnitas tacos with everything for $2.50 each. I won’t be going back because other places in Camarillo give you better portions for less money.
