We ordered breakfast tacos. Everything was legit. We got chorizo y egg, potato y egg and Babacao taco – all was delicious. I took off one star bc I just wish the flour tortillas were better.

Stopped at this food truck on the way out of town. This place is just a truck but packed full of flavor. They have some great items on the menu. From burritos, to loaded fajita fries, nachos, gorditas, tacos, and Mexican sodas and drinks. I got the Cowboy Burrito, filled with pastor pork, and all the fixings. The loaded fries were gigantic. The fries were a little undercooked and could’ve been crisper. The toppings were legitimate with a Fiesta of fajita, crema, tomatoes, jalapenos, etc. Tasty place, but nothing to write home about. But good enough for 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Other places load you with Rice and beans and skimp on meat. Not this place, I ordered the brisket Tacos and they are Loaded with lots of meat. I order three and had to save the last one for later, really good. So if you are looking for great Tacos and traditional Mexican dishes or you are just looking for a place to relax and unwind, Panchitos is the Place!!

Ordered the mini tacos & a side of rice it was so good and to drink was a fresh lemonade that was also good. I will definitely revisit in the near future. They offer online ordering. There was also a covered area with picnic tables if wanted to eat there.

Incredible delicious tacos. I got the Five Minitacos Plate. Your choice of five tacos. I got two al pastor, two fajita, and a beef tongue. The grilled onions, the avocados and pineapple fixings were to die for. I can’t wait to go back and try other plates.
