Decided to try this place out before grocery shopping. We ordered barria tacos, barbacoa tacos and carne asada torte. We received complementary pinto bean soup and hubby said that was wonderful. Our tacos came out fresh and hot to the plate. The tacos are very small but don’t be full. They are very filling and so good! Everything was freshly made. There’s a guy grilling outside so you can tell the food is fresh. Will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

Wanted tacos and tried to find a place with some authentic Mexican food. This place has some good stuff! I had trompo tacos with some bean soup on the side which were both great. Hit the spot and the green and red sauces went along well. Wife had the birria which she mentions was bomb too. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again

The food is difficult to remember, even while you’re eating it. I had some tacos de canasta. It was the blandest food I have ever tried. The filling had color, but no taste. It’s baffling to me you can turn food to different colors without any flavor staying there. They got my order wrong but they did fix it. Service was decent. The place is small. You can look out to the street. That’s the extent of the atmosphere. I think if you love Sazón, Ernesto’s, Cuquitas, et al, this place will be right up your alley. If your taste buds work, skip this place.

The food is good but Every single time i buy food here to take out the beans or consume is spilled all over everything they put it in a foam cup with no plastic wrap around it or anything. Even when i hold the bag right, the top of the cups aren’t put on all the way… This time when I went i didn’t even get the grilled Chile that comes usually with the tacos.

Absolutely amazing, you cannot leave this place without tasting the quesa birria. The consomé had very good seasoning as well as the charro beans. I always get tacos de trompo and they are just as good as the ones back home.

First time to try this location. It was quite good. The trompo tacos were good. If you want pineapple you have to ask. Beans and rice were good. Others in my group enjoyed their horchatas and barbacoa gorditas. Bonus, they gave me a free margarita for mother’s day.
