Food is great! This hole in the wall, (or gas station to be more specific), is amazing! The food is flavorful and authentic. I had to ask if my Tia Rosa was in the back cooking. We had the carne guisada, fajita tacos, chicken quesadillas, elote, and chicken nuggets with fries. I was sad on this particular visit because was hoping for posole or caldo de res and none of those were ready yet. Other than that, this place is worth the visit.

I am Juancho. I ordered 50 tacos for a lunch. These tacos were made with love and everyone that ate them could feel the authentic Mexican flavor. Every time I come to Dallas I will come here and I will eat and I will be happy.

The place doesn’t look like much from the outside and is attached to a gas station. But most of the hidden gems are! The good is GREAT! We had made to order egg and potato tacos that were piping hot and the jalapeño taco sauce was awesome. The woman who was running the place was super friendly and knew the locals who were in there eating who also were loving their food. This is one of the places that if you’re in the area you should try something off the menu but I highly recommend!!

Im not so picky as far as atmosphere. Service and food is what actually matters to me. Service was good. The lady that took our order was very nice and the food… i tried the torta. Dont get me wrong, it was good but not wow good. I couldnt taste that much flavor of the meat and it wasn’t the most meat I’ve gotten from a torta at that price. Avocados, lettuce, and mayo and the bread were all good. A little more butter on the bread would have been great but it was nice and soft with a little crunch to it. My wife got the guisado de res, rice, and beans. She also said, it wasnt the most flavorful, but it wasn’t bad. I would try it again to see the other items.
