Decided to try it out and regret it. We normally go to la villita for menudo and we should have stuck with it. Ordered menudo for my son which of course he placed in a separate bowl because he only likes the broth. Yes, we ordered broth only but it still had the tripe but not only did it have tripe but a large amount of grease which you can see in picture. We know it normally has grease, however this was excessive. I myself ordered the Steven special which was not worth $11.99 because of the quantity given for that amount of money. My rice was not fully cooked and the amount of chicken wasnt even 1/4 of breast. Overall, the food was mediocre at best which definitely also needed flavoring. Won’t be back! I will stick with la villita.

Early this week I had about the best service in town by a server name Brenda, she was very on point about what I wanted and never forgot any details. At all times everything was done with a great smile and attitude. I recommend late night snacks or drinks at this locations all year around.
