Amazing food. Migas, enchiladas verde, tacos….all excellent. The place is small, and don’t be put off by the exterior—authentic and delicious. Staff was attentive and food fast and fresh.

Got the barbacoa tacos on corn tortillas and it was delicious not greasy or dry. Just perfect. They have red and green sauce both of which paired great. Green seemed a little bit spicier. Definitely recommend.

This is my hometown place, and I love the food!!!!! Put the darn phones down and do your job!!!!! I waited at the drive thru parking spot for 34 minutes, one person came and went in the drive thru, 2 vendors delivered goods and left, and an employee came on for work, 4:55pm to 5:33 actually left parking lot. Order, ready…………2 tostada and a side of rice!!! That was it, really!!! Get better or lose business.

My husband and I visited this place on a vacation. We typically try as many local Mexican restaurants as we can when staying a few days in a new town. After trying Mi San Luis, we didn’t even bother- we came back 3 times during our stay in Lufkin because you just don’t find a place THIS good very often. If they were located in our home town, we’d eat here all the time.
