We’ve been here twice in two weeks, and the Tacos Los Primos team has delivered consistent excellence! The tacos are incredible, reasonably priced, and one of the best in the area. The flautas, too, were very good. So crispy, and packed a punch of flavor. Being from California, authentic Mexican food is always hard to find here on the east coast. But I’m pleased with the food here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

So delicious, I had to add another review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and to clarify for those wondering, these are authentic soft-shell Mexican tacos with grilled meat, cilantro, onion, salsa/pico. These are not the Americanized tacos you’ll get from Taco Bell. Do not expect lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chunks of tomato in a hard shell like the taco night you’d put together from a grocery store. I’ll admit at first we were cautious knowing this restaurant is located inside of a gas station, but it is very well kept, clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed so long as you know you’re going for an authentic experience!

This place was recommended by a colleague and we’re so glad we decided to listen. We got their asada torta and asada and pastor tacos. Both were divine. Portions were hefty and well priced too. Their sauces were delicious and I love that we were able to sit in a enjoy the food while it was fresh. Compared to some of the tacquerias in the area, they’re fairly priced for the portions they served. The 4 tacos platter was $12 while some restaurants are charging $15 for 3 tacos. We definitely plan on eating here again when we’re in the area.

I was once a frequent eater at their Laurel & EC locations before moving out west. We were super excited when we found out a new location opened up this way. Sadly, I was a bit let down with the overall food taste and quality. The carne asada and al pastor both missed the mark. the food didn’t hit the spot as it once did but I understand its hard to keep up the quality as more locations open up.
