The flavor was ok. Service excellent. The location was clean and convenient to park at. One of our carnitas tacos was loaded with a very large chunk of fat. The beef tacos had to be picked through of the small chunks of fat. The bread on the torta was very thin. I expected toppings on the tacos like cilantro and radish. Overall, 3 star.

The food lacks flavor, I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same. Taco Bell has more seasoning and is cheaper. I grew up in California so l know good Mexican food and this ain’t it chief.

This is by far the best taco truck in the Palouse. I have never had a bad experience here, and have gotten many people hooked on their delicious dishes. And for a really low price! They even have taco Tuesdays where tacos are $1! I have never had a bad experience here and the food tastes just like my abuela’s cooking.

It was Taco Tuesday and quite a few people eating. Two street tacos with chicken and another with marinated pork were delicious. Two salsas, green and red (very spicy, just the way I like it). Could use another picnic table. Would return if I lived in the area.
