The waiter/cash register man has a very nasty attitude. I asked for some green salsa & he gave me the nastiest look. I was going to pay for it so no reason for an attitude. Food was good, but will not be going back because of the employees. Made me feel really bad.

The food is okay. Tortillas are store bought. Waiter seemed angry. Horchata tastes good, not sure of other drinks. You add toppings yourself. Everyone can see you eat on the tv in the back. Wait for food is 20+ minutes. Be prepared to wait longer if you order food by phone.

Was given 2 miniature tubs of hot sauce for 6 tacos and 2 quesadillas… When I asked for more one of the guys there caught an attitude and gave off a bad vibe. I will not be going back.

The tacos are absolutely amazing! I got asada, barbacoa, and al pastor. The horchata is sooo yummy! I will be working my way around the menu. Try the tortas next. They’re also very kind!

Update 1: I went back this past weekend and ordered menudo for take out. For $15 I received a good sized serving that I was able to split into two meals. The broth was a beautiful color and the tripe was clean and perfectly chewy. It came with 4 thick, fresh corn tortillas. Definitely want to order again. But the gorditas are calling me.

Food always on point! Warm and delicious! Never had any problems here. And the workers are really nice and welcoming. You can tell they work hard. If you’re looking for real mexican food, this is it. Just like my mom makes it too. Their horchata is always tasty. Never too sweet or watered down.

Outstanding service. I accidentally called in my order to their Tarboro location, and was understandably confused when I came in and this location hadn’t received my order. An employee was able to quickly identify the problem, call the other location and clear up the confusion, and went straight to making our tacos. Everyone was extremely polite the entire time, and offered me a drink while i waited. Food was fast and delicious. All around great service.
