I had been looking for a place to eat for lunch in this area and I decided to google Mexican food. Now I love this type of food and have found just about every authentic Mexican truck, house or small place there is that serve Mexican food in the low country but never in this area. Well to my surprise… I found one, Taqueria-La Parrilla Grill. On my lunch break I went to get food…it was packed with people. I ordered Mexican tacos and rice and beans. Absolutely outstanding!!!! They even have a lunch buffet!!! Which is a first for me to see. The dishes that came out of the kitchen represented true Mexican cuisine. I will definitely go back every chance I get!!!!

This place is legit Mexican food. Flavor is always perfect and the portions are huge. We really lucked out finding this place, we won’t go anywhere else. The street tacos, burritos and chilaquiles are go-to’s in our house.

Small Taqueria @ corner of Argent and 170. Carnitas street tacos were affordable and authentic, but a bit salty hence 4 stars. Gonna give them another chance in the next few weeks.

I got Street tacos, three different ways. The meat was cooked nicely with spices, but the toppings were boring. My son got the fajitas and the waitress. Kind of made fun of him for assuming that all tortillas are corn and gave him flour tortillas, even though he specified that he wanted corn

This place always brings a smile to my face when I know I’m going to have food in there or from there. I ordered three Mexican tacos with beef tongue. Excellent! The tortillas were homemade, soft and smelled delicious. I enjoyed the heat from their green salsa and the roasted jalapeno. The gentleman at the cash register was friendly and spoke broken English. He even changed one of the TV channels to English so I could watch the news because there had been a shooting at a school in Texas.
